How COD works
Pay cash to the rider only when your parcel arrives. Online and bank payments stay disabled during private beta.
OTP safety
Share your delivery OTP only with the assigned LELAY rider after you receive the parcel. Never post OTPs in chat screenshots or social media.
Delivery issues
If the rider cannot find you, keep your pinned delivery address ready and stay reachable. You will see approximate rider ETA after pickup — exact coordinates are never shown.
Returns / failed delivery
If delivery fails, LELAY ops may start a return path. Status updates appear on your order page. Do not pay COD if you did not receive the item.
Emergency stop
For Cohort 1 incidents, contact Kaif / Muhammad Danish through your founder channel.
