Location permission
Location is required to complete delivery. Allow location for this browser, then tap Retry location. On Android Chrome: lock/tune icon → Permissions → Location → Allow.
COD & deposit
Your deposit protects active COD orders. After delivery, COD exposure is settled automatically. Check Deposit ledger for masked recent entries — never share bank details in screenshots.
Pickup & delivery
Verify seller pickup OTP and photo at the shop. Ask the buyer for delivery OTP only after handover. Confirm delivery stays disabled until a fresh location fix is ready.
Fail / return basics
If delivery cannot complete, use Mark failed, then start return when instructed. Do not invent statuses outside the app.
Emergency stop
Go offline and contact Kaif / Muhammad Danish. Do not expose buyer OTPs or exact coordinates.
