Pickup handover
Confirm the order, prepare the parcel, then mark ready for pickup. Share the pickup OTP only with the assigned LELAY rider at your shop.
Shop pickup pin
Save your shop pin under Pickup Settings. Buyers never see your exact pickup pin.
Stock / restock
Open Inventory to search products, restock with +/- or Save stock, and mark listings inactive when needed. Negative stock is blocked. Only your own products can be updated.
Returns / fail delivery basics
If a delivery fails, the rider may start a return. Confirm receipt when the parcel is back at your shop. Finance snapshots on completed orders stay locked.
Emergency stop
Pause accepting new orders and contact Kaif / Muhammad Danish if something looks wrong.
