Pickup handover
Confirm the order, prepare the parcel, then mark ready for pickup. Share the pickup OTP only with the assigned Delivery Partner at your shop.
Shop pickup pin
Save your shop pin under Pickup Settings. Buyers never see your exact pickup pin.
Stock / restock
Open Inventory to search products, restock with +/- or Save stock, and mark listings inactive when needed. Negative stock is blocked. Only your own products can be updated.
Edit listings
Open Listings and use Edit listing to change title, description, price, category, images, condition, or weight. Content edits return the listing to admin review before it can go live again. Stock stays in Inventory.
Returns / fail delivery basics
If a delivery fails, the Delivery Partner may start a return. Confirm receipt when the parcel is back at your shop. Finance snapshots on completed orders stay locked.
Emergency stop
Pause accepting new orders and contact LELAY Support if something looks wrong.
